Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Staff and service was excellent. Staff were attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. Facilities were of a high standard and included everything we needed. The outdoor pool was exceptionally enjoyable. WiFi was excellent - both in the room and at the pool. It’s worth booking a club Horizon room as the lounge is worth every penny.

Located just far enough out of Colombo to be quiet, yet can easily walk to Galle Face Green if you wish. The hotel is clean and staff are great. Plenty food and beverage options at reasonable prices or try Galle Road for street food. Take the free shuttle to the beach lounge for a swim in the sea or just relax on the sea front. The roof pool is busier than the beach lounge but still always room available. High Tea was very good and the Tides buffet was super.

The hotel was just what we needed after arriving in Colombo and we stayed again the night before we left. The pool and rooftop bar have amazing views as well as the rooms. Breakfast is great but quite expensive, as are the snacks in the rooftop bar. Our favourite meal was a la carte lunch which was really good value.

very convenient and a safe location. all the staffs are very friendly and ready to help and polite

Staff was very good and cooperative

Very clean, friendly place. Close all amenities. Good food, nice lobby

Great view. Ideal location. Old furniture.

One of the best hotels in Colombo. We will stay there again...

I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). The lobby area is great and I felt like spending a lot of time there. The vibe feels more high end Sri...

We stayed at the aathma at the beginning and end of our trip, the king suite with balcony first and the deluxe suite in the main building last, both rooms are of a very high standard and we throughly enjoyed our stay. An esquisite retreat in everyway, so much so that we want to live there! Samir I love you! X

Yes. Room was spotless. Staff were wonderful.

An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have been staying at Colombo Hilton for many years. It is my favourite hotel. The staff are very friendly and they go out of the way to help your need. The property is spot on. Breakfast is excellent and I hope that I will get free breakfast included in my next trip. I am unable to comment about the sea view as I was given a room facing the entrance of the hotel

We took a sea view room at Ozo Colombo and the view was stunning. The staff were friendly, the facilities and the room were very well kept. We absolutely enjoyed our time. We will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The staff were so attentive and smiled continually throughout our time there. We could not have asked for more.We also ate supper in the restaurant and believe that the meal was by far the best we had whilst in Sri Lanka. If / when we return to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay there again.

All in all a great place to stay and located well for Galle Face. My family are Sri Lankan and what struck me was the ridiculous prices for Tuk Tuks outside the hotel, one offered a ride for 1,000 rupees, but reduced to 800 when i laughed. The ride if you walked to the main road and grabbed one would be 300 to 500. So that annoyed me. The food choice for breakfast was somewhat disappointing. They do not serve full English or even half English. The hotel itself is pretty basic, very clean and...
