Very clean. Polite stuff and a walking distance to Namibia Street less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Sammy is the best! Very helpful all the time! The place is very clean, this is a boutique hotel where everyone will get to know you. The breakfast is lovely, they will make you anything you like fresh. The scrambled eggs were my favourite and you MUST try their pancakes. Very decent hotel in a very good location.

Excellent hotel, staff, rooms, service etc. In the best central area of the city. I will be staying here again.

I loved my stay at Bentark. This is a safe, clean, newly furnished hotel. I was honestly so impressed with my stay and the level of service provided. I strongly recommend you book this hotel, it was the best thing about my trip. Also worth noting the hot water is extremely reliable and there is free WiFi throughout the whole hotel. 100/10

Mado Hotel is an oasis in the hectic city of Addis Ababa. The location of the property is second to none and the design and ergonomics of the furniture etc is comfortable for long stay customers. I have stayed in several hotels in Addis Ababa (visited 13 times) and this has to be my favourite. The staff are welcoming, warm, helpful and professional. The steam and sauna located in the wellness centre is fit for purpose and truly relaxing. I recommend this illustrious property.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.
