"I am very pleased and satisfied with their staff Tine, Ron and Gab - they are really accomodating and friendly. The place is very nice and the ambiance gives you a positive outlook in life. "It is safe and quiet place to stay with a small parking space for my motorcycle. They even allow me to park it inside the gate at night. "Everything was incredible! The customer service was above-and-beyond from all of the hotel’s staff and exceeded my expectations. The Henann resorts all have beautifully design. This wasn’t my first Henann. The swimming pools, the garden and its landscapes, the La Costa restaurant, the rooftop’s swimming pool overlooking the beach and the sea. What really impressed me the most of all was how clean everything was, spotless, considering that this resort is sold out. I was also impressed with how fast the room service was. I ordered a chicken adobo dish and it was brought to my room within 20 minutes. I asked to press iron my business suit and it was done within 1 hour! I was like wow! I highly recommend any Henann resorts."
