"I had a semi private pool access room and it was great to be able to take a private swim. The staff are all considerate and clearly proud of their employment. My complaints are minor but disappointing at this price point. Centipedes kept finding there way into our room. Throwing out like 4 a day. The toilet made this gurgling noise once and the water leaked from the bottom. It stopped and was addressed but it took a awhile. The serving staff at breakfast doesn't understand the idea of a non dairy coffee. She repeatedly insisted she could do oat milk but it always showed up with cream and oat milk. Minor inconveniences but it did detract from the luxuriousness p "

"The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and the pool was perfect size to just get wet and cool off. The restaurant was excellent as was the food.. The property is quite far from most things but is very quiet and peaceful.. please be aware there is no beach front. The resort is on a cliff. You will need to take transport to the beaches near by at other resorts. Things I would take note of that would have made me give 5 stars. 1. Any needs you have using a driver there is a service fee. I did not mind paying for the service as it was excellent. However it was not made clear that there was a service fee for any transport needs you may have during your stay. It was offered at every turn that our driver can take you wherever you need to go. But no mention of a fee much less how much the fee would be. How is the fee calculated? 2. The sun is very strong in the first half of the day, making the restaurant not very comfortable to sit and eat in.. maybe some blinds or sheer curtains as you have in the room to cut down on the blinding light. 3. The private pool is not so private as you can see them from the restaurant with no problem. Extending the tarps that are currently hung above the patio/pool area would ensure that you are not swimming with anyone from above looking down on you.. as the vibe is a couples resort.. "Beautifu pools, fabulous beach (on high tide) excellent scube diving crew, food selection was the usual fare, atrium and pool areas well presented, great design, luxurious. Will stay again."
