It was an added benefit to our booking, but wasn’t included when we checked in. It was a long and very unpleasant struggle to get the added features that we had paid for. "This hotel is close to everything. You could walk to the forbidden city if you want or take a uber( DiDi in China). There’s a lot of shopping and food choices. Train stations are also close. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff speaks decent English. I’m a solo traveler great location"
