Blue bay is a wonderful little hotel in a wonderful location - the rooms are small, but you have everything you need, a small balcony - the possibility to make your own coffee every morning, as there are kettles in the rooms - a really good bed to sleep in - good size bathroom, new towels almost every day, and every 3-4 days clean bed linen - what I was missing was a better cleaning of our rooms, as they were not cleaned - also the breakfast was the same day after day , which after a week gets boring, and after 3 weeks, we were really tired of the same breakfast! the staff were nice, smiling and welcoming - especially the girl who could speak Dutch, she was a huge plus so 3 stars out of 5

Oda çok dar, klozet bozuk ve çok sıkışık, ayrıca su ve elektrik kesintisi de yaşandı. Kahvaltı beğendik, deniz sahil çok güzel hiç sorun yaşamadık, otelin kendi lokantasında yemekler lezzetli ve porsiyonlar çok uygundu.

On n’était pas bien accueillis, la chambre n’est pas propre, pas de service de nettoyage ni de changement de draps ou de serviettes pendant 4 jours. L’internet ne capte pas dans les chambres. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas si on sort de la chambre, sans carte, il faut demander deux cartes !! Et personne ne nous as dit malgré nos réclamations A la réception, les filles ont du mal à sourire ou être accueillantes. Le petit dej est correcte par rapport au prix Le parking est payant

Odadaki koku haricinde güzeldi

Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Deniz harikaydı. Otelin kendine ait plajı olması güzel. Bu arada, Bitez koyundaki tüm oteller böyle. Çevrede yemek yenilebilecek güzel restoranlar var. Tek problem, odadaki kokuydu. Banyodan çok kötü koku geliyordu. Otel yönetiminin söylediğine göre o bölgede kanalizasyon problemi varmış. Ondan kaynaklanıyormuş.

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Açık büfe ve çeşitler yeterliydi. Sıcaklar fazlaydı. Oda konforluydu klima ve tv sorunsuzdu. Yalnız banyoda boru kokusu vardı. Tıkalı boru kokusu. Otelin kendi plajı var ayrıca şezlong ücreti ödememek gerçekten iyi geldi. Plaj bölümünde de servis hızlı, yiyecekler lezzetliydi. Resepsiyonda karşılayan arkadaş ilgiliydi. Çalışanlar da aynı şekilde her isteğimize olumlu ve güler yüzlü yanıt verdiler.

Odaların ağaçlık bölgeye baktığına dair bilgi aldık gittik fakat odamız karanlık bina aralığına bakıyordu ve odanın karanlıklığı bunaltıcıydı. Odanın camındaki sineklik Kırıktı ve camı her açtığımzda üstümüze devriliyordu. Odanın temizlenmesini istedik ve sabah otelden çıkıp gece geldiğimizde odamızın kapısı açık bırakılmıştı. Biri girebilir ve eşyalarımız çalınabilirdi. Mini bar dolabı çalışmıyordu. Yapılmasını istedik ilgilenilmedi. Yaz sıcağında dolaba su bile koyamadık. Kahvaltıları lezzetsizdi, kahvaltı yapılan alanda oldukça fazla olan kediler ve sinekler rahatsız ediciydi. Genel olarak otelde hiç rahat edemedik ve memnun kalmadık
