"Outstanding hospitality – Burak made our stay truly unforgettable! An hour before our arrival, the General Manager, Burak, personally sent me a WhatsApp message from his own phone to introduce himself and make sure everything was ready for our check-in. That small gesture already showed how much he truly cares about his guests. When we arrived, I was amazed to see that the general manager of such a large property was personally present, ensuring every detail went perfectly. During our stay, it was impossible not to see him several times a day — always walking around, checking everything himself. His presence clearly inspired the entire team to perform their duties with great care and motivation. Burak also upgraded our room free of charge and kindly offered a complimentary massage for me and my wife after our long road trip — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. He even allowed us to stay six hours after the official checkout time, understanding our situation as a family of four with a three-month-old baby. That level of empathy and genuine kindness is something truly rare. I’m not usually the type of guest who returns to the same hotel twice, but seeing Burak again might honestly be the only reason I’d come back here. Thank you, Burak, for being an exceptional host and for setting such a high standard of hospitality. 🌿"

"It is a great place. I highly recommended. It’s beautiful. People were very professional. Very kind I was upgraded. Our room was absolutely fantastic. We really love it. We had a good look at the pools the beach. Everything appears to be really impeccable. Everybody there was very good service. There was a lot of delicious food And people were very courteous. Unfortunately, I have planned only one night but I will come back and it will request to come to the same hotel because it was absolutely beautiful. I would like to spend a little bit more time there."

"We had wonderful time at the resort and definitely we would be back. Let me start off with checking in, girl was very professional and she went above and beyond. Room 2202 was excellent and perfect view from the balcony absolutely priceless view. Berk at the beach was awesome at the beach, made sure the drinks was delicious. Oguz at the coffee shop made the latte’s excellent the way we like it, no need for Starbucks. They also had Starbucks on the premises, it war also excellent. Emre at the restaurant always went above and beyond for us. Thank you guys for above and beyond service, we had at the resort. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy our stay again. Only one issue, I don’t recommend the spa. I did one and half deep tissue massage and I wasn’t really happy with so u can skip the spa. Spa wasn’t clean either. They need to pay attention to the cleaning area in the spa. Bathroom was really dirty, that was surprise. Other than the spa, everything was just perfect. "

"We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."
