The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...

"Amazing staff and service, they made us an amazing breakfast every morning and were accommodating of our needs. They went above and beyond with every request and were helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel and our room left a bit to be desired, but it was made up for by the amazing view at the terrace. "Not very clean in the bathrooms and kitchen, the mugs still had stains from the previous guests. There are some safety hazards, such as there were loose screws on the ladder up to the “bedroom”, and the ladder was wobbly. However, the breakfast was really bad; not only did it not have any flavour, but they even charge you if you ask for water (even though they said breakfast was fully included). The greenery around the property is very overgrown and not maintained, making it extremely difficult to walk around the property without being smacked in the face with branches and getting cut.
The only good things I can say about this property is that the air conditioning works good and the pool is open 24 hours. "
