9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
It’s a nice hotel, but the room was very small and the room location looked tightly into another building over an alley where the garbage truck came through around 1 in the morning without fail. You also got cigarette smoke wafting up into the room from the alley smokers. The room location was awful but overall the hotel was nice.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel location for vacation travelers. You’re right in the middle of a business district which isn’t great.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well.

8/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
"When we checked in to our room a panel and a strip of trim from the shower had been taken off and left in the bathroom and a tool left behind. We were getting changed and going straight out so told reception on our way out. They did offer to move us to another room at that point but we were on our ..."
