"Very friendly staff with an excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was always spot on. The only difficulty was not due to the hotel hut a road under repair making returning to the hotel take 30 minutes rather than 10."

"Great breakfast! We enjoyed our stay here."

"This place was very cute and suited our needs well. There was a sort of mini bar with an honor system so we enjoyed some apfelschorle before bed. We only saw the hostess in the morning but she was very kind and helpful!"

"The property was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view and big garden. It was close (by car) to the castle hohenzollern."

"Super friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Could have happily stayed for longer than my agenda permitted. :-)"

"The place was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! "

"Excellent hotel "

"Very good value for money. Located in a new area of the city with nice contemporary architecture and only 12 minutes walking to the central railway station. Original indoor decoration with Andalusian touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Soso, terrible reception "

"The hosts are absolutely fantastic, you will feel like you are visiting family! The breakfast is delicious, home-made, one you won’t find in chain hotels. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful!"

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Will recommend"

"Location was really handy and train station really near. Only minus was no air-conditioning."

"Parking is free and easy around the buidling - good breakfast buffet - all ok service in the place."

"The Krone is a fully updated hotel and felt so good to be back after 8 years. Fully updated modern rooms and lobby and restaurant! Updated car park. You couldn’t find a better location. Also independent hotels like this need to put that in big bold letters. Independent not a chain of hotels"

"Great room great staff and great food."

"This place was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and charming. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel."

"All around great stay!!"

"We stayed here after a trip to Tubingen and before going to Bavaria. We only stayed here one night but we enjoyed a comfortable clean room and a most superb meal in their restaurant. We highly recommend and would stay again."
