Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. "Es war OK. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück OK. man muss immer sehen wo ich übernachtet 3/4/ 5 Sterne. Also alles OK aber für uns die Betten zu weich. Waren schon zum 2 mal dort, und werden wohl auch wieder da übernachten."
