"The room was great but the staff was even greater, especially LOU PATINO!!! I checked out of my room and had over an hour wait for my ride to pick me up. I was coughing as I had allergies, but my medicine was all packed away in my suitcase. Lou could hear the distress in my cough, brought me an antihistamine, and then went in the back and made me a cup of hot tea with lemon. I felt so much better and was much perkier when my friend picked me up. Lou was so nice and went well beyond the call of duty for one of your hotel guests…me! Thank you so much, Lou! "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! First they require a $100 incidentals deposit. What incidentals??? The room was garbage. Paint peeling from the walls, doorframes, etc. Mold in the bathroom, Tub was disgusting. Kitchen had stains on the counter and there were stains all over the floors. The curtain rod was bent and broken. TV wasn't working properly and neither was the A/C. The back of the property looked like a slum. The fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm for 10 minutes. I had to run the hot water in the tub for 10 minutes+ to get at least WARM WATER to shower with. I would compare the owners of this property to SLUM LORDS! They obviously don't care at all about their guest experience. This is the worst hotal experience I have ever had."
