"Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The price was excellent as well. The pool was not available but the hotel gym is superior to most other hotels. The rooftop coffee bar was also a fantastic place to relax."

"We spent 3 nights at the lakehouse and it was a lovely property. The staff went out of their way to help us when our tour (the reason we travelled to Phong Nha) was cancelled at the last minute. They secured a new kayaking tour for us and it was spectacular. Pros: * The villa was beautiful! It had a private outdoor shower and bath. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it had a balcony overlooking the lake. * The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. * the pools were cool and refreshing Cons: * the included breakfast was not great. It did not have very much selection and was cold. * the restaurant in general was way too overpriced and the food was not good at all. We ate elsewhere after the first night. * there is a charge for using the resort kayaks, bikes, etc Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)"
