"Stunning hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The buildings and grounds were incredible and I loved the attention to detail, including the beautiful flower arrangements on the bed and towels. "Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel."
