"The reception at the hotel was terrible"

"Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small) taxi to/from airport (20 mins walk). Overall good experience "

"Vivimos una experiencia encantadora. El hotel es muy nuevo, por lo que todo está en excelentes condiciones, el personal es muy amable y atento. "Every area of the hotel was immaculate. Our daily breakfast was included in our rate we were graciously served by El Batoual who even went out of her way to make me a special tea on a rainy day! The food was exceptional, and the chef came out to meet us and also the general manager came over to talk with us. We were there during Ramadan and they invited us to Iftar. It was a beautiful thing and the day we left Ramadan was over and they served us the special porridge that they eat the next morning! View from our room was exceptional and every staff member bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay!"
