Great cozy old hotel, location is very good, the restaurant and foods awesome, they made a mix up in our first included breakfast and took me a long time of argument with the hotel manager to convince him for their lack of information and to get my money back, that and 40 minutes waiting to get my car back from valet are the only reason to give them 4 stars otherwise the stay was pleasant

The Pullman Staff were accommodating and welcoming! The front desk was able to fulfill every request and handled our check in quick. Easy to get around and breakfast was good. The shuttle bus was an awesome perk!
