"My stay was so beautiful, check in process was seamless. The lovely Sude at reception was incredibly helpful. She accommodated all my requests and needs very efficiently. I arrived quite early and was offered early check-in. Considering it was my first time in Kotor she helped me with taxis, food orders and activities. I truly enjoyed my time at Casa Collection and look forward to returning in the future. I 100% recommend this accomodation, especially for solo travellers like myself."

The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it’s so calm and peaceful. The bar and pool area and restaurant are beautiful, clean and the perfect place to relax. The food here is delicious and beautifully presented and fantastic value. The most outstanding feature of this hotel though is the staff, every single member of staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. From arranging transport to checking in and out, providing information and recommendations and just making sure your holiday is perfect, they always excelled themselves. "The room was a good size and in a perfect location. We stayed in a standard double room with a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The spa was a great bonus and free for guests to use between 1–9 pm. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast was enjoyable, and although free parking is limited, we were always able to find a space."

"What a delightful stay at The Chedi, Lustica Bay. I loved everything about the hotel including the staff - all the staff I encountered during my stay. You will need a car to go to other places in town but there is enough in the hotel for a luxury holiday. Love, Love, Love. I have to come back with my husband, we will love it totally."
