"No military discount, staff had no idea about discounts. The pool was small and over crowded. Alarm went off at 7 am for some burnt toast no announcements or calls where made so we all had to try and get out at the same time"

"Love the breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. They had two different types of waffles with chocolate batter or vanilla batter. They had strawberries, sliced almonds, chocolate chips and whipped cream to put on them. Excellent coffee choices, and good quality. Nice little blueberry scones. Theresa did a great job keeping it stocked and was very pleasant and helpful "

"I was only there 1 night, based on the recommendation of my son who has been there many times. Easy check-in, everything in order in the room, a good breakfast and easy check-out. Easy back on the freeway.🙂"

"A little outdated but very clean. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept spotless. Coffee, tea and cocoa (with marshmallows!) 24 hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It was a great value."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."
