Excellent hospitality

Exceptional service from the team at this hotel made our see stay really special. It is hard for an hotel chain to make a visit feel personal but from check-in to bar and dinner and breakfast, service was professional, friendly and welcoming. Well done to the whole team. Special mention for Selereko who was outstanding.

Room was tiny and stuffy. The shower was 0.5 meters from the bed. You could hear everything going on around and above. The water, both shower and sink, smelled of salt and fish. I felt disgusting after showering. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but the room was horrid. I have stayed at dozens of Marriotts and never experienced something so ridiculous.

There was a lot of small gaps in service. My table being cleared while I was getting food then I lost the table and there were non left, I was standing with my food and nowhere to eat it. Trying to print documents which took over two hours, many small things Marriot hotels should have sorted.
