Very friendly staff. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, and as the kitchen would already be closed, they took our orders and managed to let us have dinner anyway, which was great as the food was delicious!

Friendly, simple check -in. Easy parking in multistory just behind which can be added to the room. Great TV, good shower and comfy bed. Roomy flat with good equipment level in the kitchen. My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10
