"From the moment my husband and I arrived at The Windsor Suites, we were treated like royalty! The hospitality, warmth, and genuine care we received throughout our stay truly made our experience memorable. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued, but I have to give a special shout-out to Cat, the concierge. She was absolutely exceptional! Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and her warm personality added such a special touch to our stay. Although our room was not as updated as we would have liked, it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ultimately, what made our experience stand out was the outstanding customer service and the people who made us feel so special. A beautiful hotel experience is about more than just the room; it’s about how you are treated, and The Windsor Suites certainly delivered in that regard. We left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
