"This was my first stay at a Windham property. I found my initial room to smell strongly of smoke or some foul odor. The upholstered chair was terrible, worn and badly stained. The dresser and desk showed heavy signs of wear. I asked for another room due to the odor. The second room, minus the odor, was in the same condition. I wouldn't sit in the chair due to the dirt, stains and gross condition. The rooms would've have looked better with a void in the corner than having the crappy chairs. Breakfast items were limited and not very good. Staff was nice but the property is in serious need of renovation, the furniture belongs in the trash bin. I would've looked for another property for my second and third night but my payment would've been jeopardized. Luckily I slept and showered only and didn't have to spend any extra time there. I wouldn't recommend this property."

"Shuttle is great and convenient. Runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel is clean and inviting. Bar and food are great! No need to look for a restaurant."

"It wasn’t no hot water I asked the staff to move my room they did still no hot water the staff was being very rude about it then they didn’t want to give me my money back "

"Airport shuttle didn't respond, so we had to take an expensive Uber. Reserved a two-bed room, for my family of four, but was told at check in that only one-bed was available. Was then told that a couch was in the room, which there was not. Family members had to sleep on the floor and sitting up in an awful chair. Furnishings were rundown, cigarette burns on them."

"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and have no other options. "
