"Returned due to price and quality. Although getting breakfast was a chore. Took to long to replace food."

"Very nice hotel old worldly but very well maintained and spotless. Everyone could not do enough for you and the food is lovely and good portions. Breakfast plenty of choice and eat what you fancy ."

"We came for our honeymoon just to get away a couple off days. Room was clean. No fridge but lots off other items. Helpful when we run out off tea and coffee gave us more. Food was good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The new girl who had started the same day we came was very nice and could not help us enough. Only downside could not get a hot drink at dinner time. Plenty off water but nothing hot. But over all very happy with our stay and planing our next stay for next year."

"We had a lovely stay but did not take advantage of the restaurant etc. however, room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I do prefer pillow like mattresses. Other than that, it was great. "

"We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable. Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants) Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better. Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day. We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind."
