"The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. "Friendly hotel with a quirky ski-lodge type layout. The three storey fish tank never disappoints. Some really nice food, and just a warm and welcoming environment. "
