Blackbeard Island National Wildlife Refuge Trip

I was disappointed in the availability of affordable dining. Even the food court started out with $26 cheeseburgers and $47 dollar cheese pizzas. I was met by a couple of working girls when I checked in. One tried to follow me into the elevator to my room. Housekeeping were friendly and so were the people in the convenience shops. Disappointed when I had to leave early because of weather and hotel would not credit me back the one next night left that was prepaid.

The room was very clean and inviting.

Room and area was nice. The staff that kept on nagging for shows and tickets were not nice.

Amazing hotel right in the epicentre of the strip. Clean rooms, many nearby restaurants, and connected to Monorail for easy travel.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
