"The hotel was very nice in all respects, yet the amenity that is very important to me that was not there was a water kettle or coffee machine in room."

"Amazing hotel, would love to stay here again when everything in Uktraine settles down!"

"Good hotel with everything you need inside, stuff is friendly. Only downside is, I was there at the end of the season so some facilities were not available ."

"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend...

"Was amazing stay. Will come back. "

"Everything here is wonderful, especially the warm friendly, English speaking staff. It's right on the beach, great bar upstairs with awesome live music. The only drawback maybe that it's 5-10 minutes cab for about 100-200 UAH to the city center depending on where you want to go or a nice 30 minute walk? I highly recommend M-1 Club Hotel. This means it is no place for anyone wanting to actually sleep at night, in spite of this bing expensive for the region. Additionally, there are no blackout blights...

"The hotel is wonderful...staff are fabulous..."

"Quiet (it’s in center city but tucked away so you don’t hear traffic noise), clean, friendly staff. You don’t hear cleaning staff in the morning. Basic rooms have excellent amenities, including bath robes, fridge, and tea kettle. It’s really an amazing value and I’m very pleased so far. "

"Very beautiful hotel, convenient location, helpful staff."
