The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. "Apprezzabile molto la vostra attenzione anche a cercare di abbattere i rifiuti con prodotti mono uso di plastica ma non mettete gentilmente i contenitori per rifiuti differenziati con carta plastica o altro in quanto purtroppo non esiste la raccolta differenziata a sunny beach. Apprezzo in ogni caso la vostra cura per il cliente siete molto bravi 👏 un plauso alla vostra compagnia melia’ tenere l’attenzione per l’ambiente e per la riduzione dei rifiuti."
