"Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen angenehmen und gepflegten Eindruck. Beim Vorabbuchen hatten wir etwas Bedenken wegen des nahen Bahnhofs. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass das aber unbegründet war. Die Fenster sind stark lärmmindernd, wir hatten ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage und konnten sogar mit geklappten Fenster gut schlafen. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch, da die Innenstadtlage ideal zur Erkundung von Freiburg und Umgebung geeignet ist."

"Food was delicious but the wait staff at evening meal completely ignored us during course of meal until we stood up and flagged down a waiter. Wanted to leave a zero tip but wife convinced me to at least leave a 10% tip. "

"A beautiful hotel with an old world feel right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Baden Baden and a 7 minute walk from the baths. There’s convenient parking in the shopping mall just down the street. You can drive to the hotel with your car to unload your luggage. Very good included breakfast."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."
