I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. "

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."
