"Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM...

"We had to come to UAB for my husband's medical issues. We were nervous until we were met by the relaxed helpful informative staff. From the valet to desk register to great restaurant on first floor to early breakfast on 8th floor our stay was safe. Reassuring was what we needed before speaking to the surgeon.
