Pero no explicaban mucho, como que vi el horario del desayuno en el papel del desk nadie me dijo, y cuando fui a desayunar la de la cafetería pedía un ticket y nadie explicó que había que pedir adelante para luego poder desayunar lo que si fue raro, digo me estoy hospedando porque necesito un papel para entrar. Después pregunté por hacer un late check out y me dijeron que no era posible, porque debían limpiar el cuarto!"

"Nice clean quite comfortable hotel. Hotel is in a quiet spot by itself but across the overpass anything you could possibly want to eat, shop etc., would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything is great here. The breakfast could use a little help. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained and easy parking. The beds are very comfortable every time. We stay here when we come to the Birmingham area for anything."

"I gave this 3 stars for several reasons. First of all, The front desk guy did not seem too thrilled to see me. the room over all was clean. I checked for bed bugs and other creepy crawlers...none. The tub was clean, so were the sink and toilet. The floors were pretty clean but, there were dust bunnies. The towels and wash cloths were clean too. The mat for getting out of the tub, had a big footprint, like a size 13. When I took it to the front desk, the guy at the desk was not happy. In all fairness, it WAS 3 in the morning and I woke him up, but he gave me a replacement. I don't know how many are employed there, but over two days, he was the only one I saw. There was a dried pile of puke, right outside my door. The parking lot was pretty clean except for that. The property seems to be in a less desirable part of town, but there were no issues with the neighborhood. It is also in the flight path of an airport, but in two days, I only heard one plane, and it was not loud. Amenities, there are none unless you count two little bars of soap. no shampoo. The Ice machine is fubar. There are spider webs all around the dispensing chute and it did not work. It didn't even seem to be on. In Summary... I paid $64 dollars a night, and that is what it was worth. It was quiet even with the one jet. There was plenty of parking, with the room right in front of my car. I got better than I expected, so that is why I gave 3 stars. You get what you pay for. The room looks just like the picture."

"You have excellent staff! Front desk is wonderful regardless of who's there! House Keeping supervisor is above and beyond excellent! Everyone is very friendly and helpful.Without even having to ask for help."
