"We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. "

"What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay valet or park yourself in the garage for $25 a day. If you leave and come back, that will cost you extra. All dining within walking distance is almost 100% upscale. Translation, EXPENSIVE. After all, it is basically "Jerry World" out there. Finally, while leaving the property, there was a dead rat on the sidewalk. "

"If you are staying in Frisco this hotel is a great choice. Clean safe convenient. Room was spotless. Has a Starbucks in lobby. Breakfast included was nothing spectacular but more than adequate, Service outstanding. Only caveat, parking. Limited self park option I valeted for extra 33.00 dollars a day, Will stay here again"

"First time visiting Frisco. Location was great. Breakfast attendants were kind and the breakfast was very good. Fitness center was nice. Rooms were good but very outdated. Mildew smell but kept fan on and it was fine. Beds were comfortable. Housekeepers were nice & efficient. Check in was smooth. Night audit agent & daytime female agent were kind. However, the front desk agent named Clarence was utterly one of the most standoffish & arrogant human beings we’ve ever met. He kept an ear pod in his ear during his shift, actively on personal phone calls and seemed annoyed when my mother requested housekeeping one time during our 4 night stay. Very unfriendly and should not be in hospitality. Then, while having breakfast, ourselves and other guests overheard him speaking loudly on his cell phone, patronizing someone that apparently works for him, as he is a coach for a second job, it was super disrespectful and unprofessional. It was very interesting to find out that the hotel receives many complaints, yet he is still working for Comfort Inn with this type of negative attitude and unprofessionalism. I previously worked in hotel management for properties in Miami Beach and this would not be tolerated after even one instance. It was the only negative during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this location. I would suggest that Michael, the hotel manager, get with Clarence and give him some one-on-one training on guest service and etiquette."
