"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

"Staff was amazing, cleaned the room as if they were my mother. Clothes folded, dangling charging cables tidied up, shoes and slippers all arranged neatly. Even my teeth retainers I left in the cup with cleaning solution, they covered with a napkin. Laundry machine conveniently available, and room was very clean and bright"

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"The room is clean and spacious. There is an onsite gym with one weights machine and some cardio machines. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided at the pantry area. Staff are pleasant and helpful!"

"Interesting history to the hotel! Great tunnel tour and incredible halibut! Great hiking trail out back for an hour hike every day. View of the 101 building."
