The ice machines on the 1st and 4th floors did not work. This was very inconvenient. Also, the HVAC was not working in the elevators. They were hot.

Pros:The staff was kind and I believe they tried to be helpful. The bathroom was very clean. Cons: Room could have used a better clean. Dog bone under the bed (we do not have a dog), and most offensively - a Dirty blanket with what appeared to be scat on it. Returned blanket to front and waited about 4 hrs for new comforter. In house phone didn't work, called w/ cell and put on hold and then asked to call back. Staff was nice just apparently under-trained, disorganized, and need to pay more attention to cleaniness.

On the expedia website it said the room I was selecting slept 6, I called the hotel to confirm and they said it did. When we were checked in the room only had 2 queen ( more like full size) beds and 1 very dirty chair. Our room had no toilet paper or bar soap and when I asked staff for some they informed me they were out and waiting to get stuff in and had to go buy toilet paper from the store. They did end up finding me 2 rolls of tp. The hallway floor, our room floor and the floor in the pool had dirt all over. The chairs in the lobby and the breakfast room were also dirty. The toaster didn't work and the breakfast attendant blamed customers for slamming it down to hard. The pictures of the property show the pool area has a slide (which it does not) and a little fountain area for kids (which the front desk attendant said they couldn't turn on because it blows the breaker). Front desk attendant was vacumming the enterance and instead of moving or stopping to let guests inside we stood outside until he finished. Would likely never stay at this propert again or recommend it to others.
