Attach Drinks and Beverages Menu to Room Service Menu. Advise the Restaurant Breakfast Chef. To use a Egg Omlette Recipe. Etc; Because 2 fried eggs stuck together is NOT an Omlette. 3. STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. Educate ALL Staff NOT to Discriminate against Guests who are racially not white. "

"No hot water for showers due to a water leak the previous day! Room ok basic. Pool very small, overcrowded with families with young children "

"Didn't use any of the facilities but were shown the pool and gym. All looked wonderful and at time, Not busy even though Easter week and child swim time was on. Lots of good walks around, and away from the course. No breakfast, but did use Oties for a bap and drinks. Deers Hut at entrance to the drive in is still brilliant for food and atmosphere. ."

"There’s disabled parking right at the hotel but to understand how to access it call the hotel direct so you don’t get caught out. The rooms are on the small side as are the beds, we had a room for 3 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty available. If Miles is on reception you’ll be well looked after. He explained all about the Quays and shopping and dining options and really knows his stuff. It makes it easier to shop till you drop knowing the hotel is easily accessible"

"WiFi is awful! It’s just really poor but free so everyone is using a system not able to cope.Also, disabled parking spaces were blocked off with building work so parking was harder than it should have been. Breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant each take a station and were really on it all the time so nothing ran empty and everything was hot and fresh and there were no delays. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi is colder than it should be and was fed with cold water."
