This property was good— for a La Quinta. But for it to be rated by others as “9 Stars— Wonderful!” is a disservice. I expected/hoped to be surprised by a uniquely great experience, but wasn’t.

Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist…..

Comfort Inn Birmingham Homewood
The oncoming staff was nice. However, once we got to the room it smelled like nothing but drug paraphernalia. It was so loud my room spray didn’t mask the smell. We went out the dinner and returned and the smell was still there.
