"During a recent visit to Birmingham, a family member was hospitalized at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and we needed accommodation for an extended stay. After checking in and explaining our situation, the staff graciously allowed us an early check-in at a very reasonable rate, which made a difficult situation much easier from the start.
Over the following days, there was a great deal of uncertainty regarding when our family member would be discharged from the hospital. As a result, our lodging needs changed from day to day. Once again, the staff at La Quinta Inn was incredibly understanding and flexible, working with us to ensure there were no issues extending our stay as needed.
Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to accommodate our circumstances helped relieve some of the stress during an already challenging time. For that, we are truly grateful.
