The place was really cute! The elevators were very slow!!!! Also I don’t think you should be in the lazy river without a tube!

No signage with directions to check in location on the 10th floor. Staff and service was great. Room was very spacious and clean.

This is a good family resort but I’m not a fan of pet friendly properties. We had a dark constantly barking across the hall from the time to we arrived through late hours of the night. I asked for more bathroom items around 9:58pm and still waiting on them now at 7:47am. This hotel also doesn’t align/honor Expedia Platinum perks the way it’s written, so that’s also disappointing. I’m not sure if we’ll visit again.

The staff was friendly. The pool manager George was exceptionally friendly and made sure everyone’s needs were taken care of. He assisted us with an umbrella on day two and I observed him helping several other customers throughout the day at the pool/lazy river area. Would suggest a larger variety of food options, possibly an ice cream shop (icecream was available however, very limited options). Add additional eateries throughout the resort

We liked everything! There were 3 different staff members that was exceptional! All of them was nice but these 3 was awsome. First person was Lakisha Kennedy in the snack shack by the pool, another giy was i believe he said his name was David. He was a bartender in the restaurant/ pool area on Monday and the 3rd person the lil girl had a hard name like KeErica in the pizzeria inside of the arcade. These 3 people had the most sweetest personality and talked to us like they have been knowing us for ever. We will definitely be visiting again!

Everything closes on Sunday when i visited at 9 oclock. Too early for adults. The resort is a good place for kids but if you are an adult with no kids stay somewhere else.

First time staying at Margaritaville. Checking in was a breeze very friendly and knowledgeable. My Daughter had a blast a the waterpark, arcade and amusement. The only issue not umbrellas/ tables very hot needs more seating area for the parents. We will definitely stay again!!

Great place, friendly staff, and very clean. The food could improving, such as the pizza. The arcade was amazing. Our favorite part of the resort is definitely the pool/lazy river and water slides. The only negative encounter that we had were some of the guests. Overall, we cannot wait to come back again! Thank you for the great hospitality and relaxing environment.
