Staff was great and the beds were very comfortable which were the key things. The room was dreary and the lamp was flickering so much we couldn't use it. The mirror looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and the whole hotel smelled as if it were sprayed with a cheap perfume.

The room I was supposed to have got was supposed to have a jet tub and I never seen the hot tub and the tub was a regular tub very disappointed that was my anniversary

Actually wasn’t a bad place to stay could use a little update on the elevator and my toilet seat wasn’t bolted down and it pinched my a** I still have the little bruise but yes great place to stay and pool was clean 💕

The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They may need a different variety on their breakfast menu. Maybe check the smell of the room. My room smelled like someone who hadnt washed their feet in a while. Other than that i enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Shabby, in disrepair, bloody bandaid on bathroom floor upon arrival which was reported and stayed there two more days until we disposed of it. At 3.5 days when you have to beg for fresh towels and TP something is seriously wrong.
