The front desk staff were very helpful and got us into a room asap. All of our interactions with the staff throughout the property were excellent and professional.
The only issue was the connectivity with the television. There were pauses with the live feeds and the speed was slow. Otherwise a great stay in the middle of Westminster!!

Lovely clean and comfy bed. Repair to towel rail carried out immediately. Quiet setting despite the nearness of roads. Staff on the premises very good. Bar staff and breakfast staff excellent.

You always know what you're going to get staying at an Ibis. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also in good order. General hot beverage station in the room and wardrobe space were adequate. The location is fairly good, just outside the train station, with a couple of amazing food trucks ...
