"Nice large room with balcony and nice Mountain View’s. Excellent breakfast. What really made the stay was the staff. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Can’t say enough about everyone’s kindness "

Ma una menzione davvero speciale va a Bogdan, Daniel e Christos: tre persone straordinarie che ci hanno fatto sentire accolti, coccolati e parte di una grande famiglia. Bogdan, con la sua energia e disponibilità, Daniel, con la sua gentilezza e premura, e Christos, con il suo spirito positivo e autentico... ognuno di loro ci ha lasciato qualcosa nel cuore. "quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."
