Well maintained older hotel

Just like before excellent service at reception. Large room with spacious bathroom. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. Unlike our previous stay this time we heard noises throughout the night & did not sleep very well, a rude neighbor. In the morning excellent service for breakfast & checking out.

Pleasant Surprise

After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place.

Hôtel d'étape sans aucun charme extérieur car situé dans un bâtiment de bureau et de magasins.
