"Sur la réservation l’horaire de début d’enregistrement était à midi.
Nous sommes arrivés à 13h50 et le réceptionniste ne voulait pas nous donner une chambre avant 15 h.
Il a été très désagréable et a vite hausser le ton.
C’est inadmissible pour un membre de personnel du groupe accor de réagir ainsi. Il nous a finalement fait attendre jusqu’à 14h15 puis donner une chambre. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds ici. "
