Review of Ibis Montbeliard

Staff was nice and their restaurant food was very good. The room was smaller than expected. They definitely needed another outlet outside the bathroom. Very, very basic.

Second day no heating i was suplied with a heater from the reception BEWARE !!!! There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car. I told the reception clerk he said Oh uou are not ghe only one but did noghing to mark it

The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Sur la réservation l’horaire de début d’enregistrement était à midi. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h50 et le réceptionniste ne voulait pas nous donner une chambre avant 15 h. Il a été très désagréable et a vite hausser le ton. C’est inadmissible pour un membre de personnel du groupe accor de réagir ainsi. Il nous a finalement fait attendre jusqu’à 14h15 puis donner une chambre. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds ici.

Petit déjeuner super top nous étions au calme comme demandé c’était très bien . Le fauteuil en plastique dans la chambre c’était le bémol qui n’est pas confortable. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits reposantes.

Horrible!

Chambre très vétuste, vieille avec des moisissures sur le mur côté prise, la prise du bureau est cassée et très vieille avec des moisissures autour, TV très très petite, la taille d'un petit écran de PC, accueil bof, à la tête du client! Je me suis senti dans un vieil hôtel Formule 1. Pour le prix, il y a beaucoup mieux!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Am Empfang war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war katastrophal bzw. kann man es gar nicht Frühstück nennen. Es gab so gut wie gar nix (8 Uhr). Weder Teller, Tassen wurden aufgefüllt noch war die Milch in der Maschine vorhanden. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse bzw. war eigentlich fast alles einfach leer!!! Leider wurde in den 30 min wo wir im Raum verbracht haben nichts aufgefüllt. Das noch vorhandene Rührei war kein Rührei. Es war ein Brei undefinierbar. Das Baguette war alt. An der Rezeption wurde über etwas zu 5! diskutiert, anstatt mal einer sich um die Fruehstuecksgaeste kümmert. Keine 5 min daneben war eine tolle Bäckerei wo wir dann gefrühstückt haben. Schade um jeden Cent.

bonjour, j'ai un doute car il me semblais avoir réserver une chambre de 18 mètres carrés , la chambre me paraissait petite pour 18 m2 , un écran télé de petite taille et franchement un bon coup de neuf ne serai pas du luxe .en conclusion déçu de la chambre .

Pas d'isolation phonique du tout, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit, des bruits partout autour, des chambres adjacentes, portes qui claquent, toilettes, travaux en extérieur... Le service de la veille était super, une grande blonde extrêmement sympathique. Le service du lendemain laissait à désirer. Après avoir remis la clé de ma chambre à l'accueil, je me suis assise dans la salle du restaurant afin de travailler en fin de matinée, et je souhaitais ensuite manger sur place. Je continue à travailler et je pensais qu'on allait m'apporter une carte et me dresser un couvert à côté de mes affaires, ou au moins me le proposer ou me poser la question... J'avais fini de travailler à 13h15 et je pensais pouvoir encore manger malgré le fait qu'on ne m'ait pas parler du tout,ni proposé quoi que ce soit, mais on m'a dit que la cuisine était déjà fermée. Pourtant, au départ, vers 12h05, j'avais signalé que je souhaitais manger là... Je suis partie manger ailleurs. A côté de cela, mes chaussettes blanches se sont retrouvées bien brunes le lendemain. Le sol n'était pas propre, et pourtant, je n'ai pas beaucoup marché autour de mon lit... Bien dommage... Désolée, malgré tout je ne reviendrais pas.

Plus d eau que de buée sur fenêtre…

Quand on demande d enlever la moisissure sous porte-serviettes et que l on vous dit « ok sera fait.. » et quand on dit « il n y a plus de VmC-ventilation » et que l on repond « on s en occupe cette apres midi »… : trois jours après : Rien. A ce propos… s il y a de l moisissure c est justement parce que la VMc est HS. Sinon le personnel est sympa et le petit dej parfait.
