The hotel is very nice and the dunes are beautiful. However, you either need to have a full size 4 wheel drive car, or get the guide to take you in and out.

Hotel.com really let us down by providing misleading information that room can stay 4 people. All room are for 2 people only. The staff were very helpful and friendly to resolve this matter even though it was not their fault. I would book this hotel via other websites but not hotel.com. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you.
The only issue was the pool the water was dark green not like the pictures and not cleaned.
