"Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. "

"The hostess was very amiable and helpful. The hotel is very close to downtown and many nice restaurants and stores. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice outdoor pool and inviting Adirondack chairs under the trees out front. "
