"We had an exceptional stay at Mountain Side! The hosts were very kind and helpful. We had a couple of minor things come up (flat tire on a bike, unable to get a Grab when we had to leave to catch a train) and the hostess immediately helped out. The facility is really clean and picturesque with a great patio and pool. The restaurant food was really good and was not heavily marked up like you expect in touristy areas. The area is of course so beautiful and I was able to go on morning runs through the rural roads and get some amazing pictures. Highly recommend!"

"Loved this retreat, we woke first morning to water buffalo outside the balcony, and saw fireflies the second night. We used the free bikes to cycle around the rice fields and get to local attractions easily. Breakfast was local and ok. Staff were great, bring a torch for wandering the area at night as some parts are not lit."

"Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!"
