"Room Type booked was 2BHK Villa with private pool, first day rate should not include a private pool rate as property provided us with uncleaned pool which was already informed multiple times after check in which was never cleaned and they only changed our room second day after multiple complaints Dinning was too conjusted, with shortage of staff and staff were only looking after the orders who were ordering alcarte and all package booked people were simply unnoticed. "The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."

"This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....
