great for a stopover

I was really pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. We used it as a stopover and found that all the things required were present - the shower was magnificent, the bed really comfortable, the air-con worked.

A great find.

Very friendly, professional staff, particularly at reception. Room was quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable big bed. Staff attended to any concerns immediately. Dog friendly. Very good breakfast. Excellent location if attending or visiting St Privat hospital.

Franchement hotel impeccable, très bonne réception de Camille et de son acolyte Leila,laquelle est super accueillante ,bon petit déjeuner copieux, hôtel très silencieux, Clim parfaite ,parking gratuit, jolie petite piscine bref, j’y retournerai sans aucun doute À préconiser a tous les touristes comme pour les séminaires

Le personnel au comptoir accueillant ce qui n'est pas le cas du Directeur. En effet, j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit dans cet établissement. En effet, le climatiseur, même éteint, faisait un bruit assourdissant. J'ai signalé cette anomalie au personnel le matin en les invitant à venir constater. Elle m'ont répondue que le Directeur va passer en début de matinée et qu'il pourra constater de lui même. J'ai effectivement rencontré le DIrecteur, qui n'a pas souhaité constater la géne occasionnée. Bref j'en passe sur les echanges avec ce Monsieur, quoi qu'iol en soit, je lui ai demandé quel geste si petit qu'il soit il était prêt à faire, et il m'a répondu : RIEN. Trés déçu du comportement de cette personne.

En déplacement professionnel depuis + de 15 ans, j’ai l’habitude des hôtels. J’ai été agréablement surprise par ce sejour.
