"Everything about our stay was excellent, lovely comfortable rooms, jacuzzi, sauna, included breakfast, food options for the evening plus great wine! ♿ Very easy access and good facilities for mobility reduced guests. "Great stay. Recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the left bank. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great breakfast in a beautiful room. They also own the winery down the road 3 meters and can arrange a 35 euro tour and wine tasting. Pierre was our guide and gave us a fantastic tour. "

"Overall the stay at this hotel was excellent from check in, to breakfast, through dinner and cocktail options as well as the amenities, everything was well thought through. My only comments are that we did not receive our VIP perks, water was €12 & with the temperatures this is excessive even for a 5* hotel. Finally the aircon was great but every evening it was turned off so in the evening it was difficult to sleep. "
"Don’t let the dingy exterior of the hotel fool you. Inside, the decor, the service and the comfortable guest suites all deliver. Great location with easy convenience to public transport and short walk to beautiful Bordeaux center. "
"Room was very comfy and the small kitchenette meant we could have breakfast/lunch there if we chose to. The apartments are located next to a tram station allowing quick access into the centre but is also very close to the river with a lively promenade route available for walking into the centre (about 30 mins ). We also used the promenade for our morning run on a couple of mornings. It is also very convenient for the Cite Du Vin which was five minutes walk away. Overall, we found the staff friendly and helpful. Great to have parking in the basement but access is through a side road and you need an access code to enter - which was a bit tricky to figure out on arrival.
Overall, we were very impressed and felt it offered very good value for money."
